* Add xenserver.create.full.clone global setting
Adds a StoragePool-scoped boolean ConfigKey mirroring vmware.create.full.clone
so XenServer-backed VMs can be deployed as full VDI copies (VDI.copy) instead
of always using linked clones (VDI.clone). Default false preserves today's
behavior.
The per-pool flag flows into the existing PrimaryDataStoreTO.fullCloneFlag
through a new dispatch method addFullCloneAndDiskprovisiongStrictnessFlagOnDest
that switches on hypervisor type.
* Fix HypervisorType dispatch in addFullClone flag helper
Replace invalid switch on Hypervisor.HypervisorType (not a Java enum) with
equality checks so cloud-engine-storage-datamotion compiles.

Adds two new operator-level configuration keys to control the number of secondary storage copies made for public and private templates, decoupling replica count from template visibility.

This PR aligns the use of terminology, renaming VM / virtual machine references to 'Instance' and also capitalising the terms Templates, Network, Snapshot, User, Account in CloudStack APIs, error and log messages, events, tooltips, etc. Many typos, grammar and spelling mistakes were fixed, also terms like IPv4, VPN, VPC, etc. were properly capitalised. Some error messages were cleaned for better readability. The test cases, expecting some exception strings were adjusted accordingly.
