status 9026: resolved fixed

1) Don't expose following commands in doc:

* registerSSHKeyPair
* createSSHKeyPair
* deleteSSHKeyPair
* listSSHKeyPairs

2) Don't show "sshKeyPairName" parameter for deployVm command
