Move the "Devices" section under the instance configuration.
Make sure all how-to information is covered by the existing guide
on configuring instances.
Move the standard devices to a separate reference page.

This commit only moves content to different files and creates
a new structure. References are updated to new locations, and
redirects added for deleted files.
There are no changes to the content, so all text is as it was.
