Also add a footnote about zfs.delegate, and make the existing
asterisk a valid footnote.

This information was available only for instance snapshots, but the
same applies to snapshots of custom storage volumes.

As a quick fix, give both the name and the driver "ID" to specify
when creating the driver in the title.
We can clarify more when cleaning up the driver documentation.
