Add support for MySQL/MariaDB variables documentation 
- Uses preferential mode MySQL docs for MySQL users and MariaDB docs for MariaDB users
- Unit tests now use data that only exists for tests
- Added package williamdes/mariadb-mysql-kbs

bed6fb4ebd Avois passing extension to Util::getImage 
We do not use it anyway for quite some time and this way it's less
processing to generate the img tag.
