3d056bc49f Do not execute tearDown if not configured 
Apparently the tearDown method can be executed for skipped tests in some
cases and it will fail due to failed initilization.

Fixes #12883

3de6a0819c Try better method for working with More link 
Hovering/clicking dynamically created elements turns out to be
unreliable, so let's try to disable menuResizer completely for these
tests.
