Ref #12586 - Remove un-expected message from Export table 
The message was wrong and was now shown due to some code-base changes.
Before output buffering was catching it and destroying it before output was flushed

Yes, this issue was closed with #15064 but I will close it anyway because it made sense as the feature was broken once more
