2baa22b05a Install all testing deps by composer 
PHPUnit is going to drop support for installation using PEAR, so let's
be prepared for that.

We can not use composer as we use system phpunit, which does not
autoload extensions.

177be0937c Update composer.json 
Mysql dependency is not valid according to discussion on #composer channel. It prevents installation giving this error: phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin dev-master requires mysql >=5.0 -> no matching package found.

mysql versions are also varying in functionality, so we should tell that too.
