These settings are no longer required as they are guaranteed through
other coding standard tools.

Using assertContains() with string haystacks is deprecated and will not be supported in PHPUnit 9. Refactor your test to use assertStringContainsString() or assertStringContainsStringIgnoringCase() instead.
