Remove the js/src/microhistory.js file 
There is no need for the MicroHistory anymore now that the History
API is available in all supported browsers.

Also removes the jQuery hashchange plugin.

36730b33bd Create Table\ZoomSearchController controller 
Moves the table zoom search entry point to the ZoomSearchController,
removes the entry point file and extracts the zoom search logic from the
SearchController class.
