b60d1454ca Fix #17398 - Fixing clicking on JSON columns triggers update query 
it also fixes the issue where the JSON columns are saved with spaces
and new lines, after being updated from the UI.

This compatibility fix is no longer necessary.
As a side note:
It checked versions from 3 to 24 but actually also matched all versions
>= 30 as no word boundary check was made on the version number

Fix big performance issue making CPU 100% when scrolling the textarea of an export of #17902 data 
Data can be found on #17902 (https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/17902#issuecomment-1321082358)

I changed the events to not bind all the document but only the root node they needed.
Scrolling is way better now

I used chrome coverage mode to ensure the code is still called and tested it.
