0e25d41edd $true_selected was used when we are modifying the structure of 
a column, to get back to the page in case of error and avoid
retyping our changes. No longer needed because we stay on
the page in case of error.

665ffd4b4c Reserved word warning config 
This commit removes reserved word warning from the Browse pages and the
warning on structure page can be switched on/off using the config
variable $cfg['ReservedWordWarning']
