fd7d7ab574 - some comments, PEAR coding standard 
- PMA_DBI_get_tables(), PMA_DBI_get_fields(): use PMA_DBI_fetch_result();
- added PMA_DBI_get_columns_full()
- PMA_DBI_fetch_result() now accepts an array as $key parameter for multidimensional arrays (returns: $result[key1][key2][key3] = $row)
- PMA_DBI_get_variable(): use PMA_DBI_fetch_value()
