86558dfd96 Created a jQuery function PMA_confirm() which uses jQueryUI's dialogs to 
do the same task as confirm().  Still a work in progress, the function
may change.
Attached the dialog and Ajax handlers to 'Drop Database' action on
db_structure.php

a384bef30b Let's remove mootools. 
There still might be some uses of it, but I'm not aware of anything
right now and it's better to break things earlier so that somebody
notices and it can be fixed.
