Javascript cannot read local files for security reasons, so we can't send the data using AJAX. So I have disabled ajax for insert forms which has 'blob' fields.

Initialized the varible sql_limit_to_append,
Since isset($x) returns true when $x=''(which is not the expected behaviour of the usage), used the function empty()

ae3d3f5a84 Used preg_split() instead of explode() to split sql query, 
Since explode is case sensitive and if table or column contains substring "where" it will give an error
