89fb42f99b Add version and type properties to the DatabaseInterface 
This will allow us to better handle versions in certain cases:

* Having different server version for control user and regular connection
* Mocking version for the tests (see #13484)

1b098c62cf Set $theme variable for use by the themes CSS 
This way the implementation detail such as storing the theme in the
session is hidden from the themes. See #13492

66807421bd Remove no longer needed code from test 
Apparenty nothing really needs PMA_USR_BROWSER_AGENT here, so avoid
setting it. This removes need for runkit here.
